We want you to be completely satisfied with your No Juice purchase. If you are not, you may be entitled to a refund, exchange, or repair in accordance with this policy and your statutory rights.

2. Your Right to Cancel (Online Orders)

If you purchase as a consumer, you have a legal right to cancel most online orders within 14 days of receiving the goods. To exercise this right, you must notify us within that period. You then have another 14 days to return the items.

3. Returns Process

  • Contact us at info@nojuice.co.uk with your order number to arrange a return.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in original packaging with tags attached.
  • Unless faulty, return shipping costs are your responsibility. We recommend using a tracked postal service.

4. Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Custom or personalised items.
  • Hygiene-sensitive products (e.g., underwear, socks) once opened, unless faulty.
  • Items returned outside the returns window.

5. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving your return or proof of postage.
  • Original delivery charges are refunded only if the item is faulty or if you cancel your order under your statutory cancellation rights.

6. Exchanges

Where available, we can offer a size exchange for UK orders. If the requested size is unavailable, we will process a refund instead.

7. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible. You may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
