3. Ordering

  • All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We will acknowledge your order by email; acceptance occurs when we email your shipping confirmation.
  • We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons including stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or pricing/description errors. If payment was taken, you will be refunded.
  • Please check your order carefully before submitting. We cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
  • If we discover a pricing error, we will notify you and give you the option to reconfirm or cancel.
  • Payment is taken at the time of order using the methods shown at checkout.

5. Delivery

  • We deliver to the UK and selected international destinations.
  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
  • Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery.

6. Returns, Cancellations & Exchanges

You have 14 days from receipt to cancel most online orders. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging. Custom or personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty.

Unless faulty, return shipping costs are your responsibility. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of us receiving the returned items.

We aim for accurate descriptions and imagery, but colours may vary by display and manufacturing tolerances.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on nojuice.co.uk—including the No Juice name, logos, graphics, designs, photos, and text—is owned by or licensed to us. You may not use it without our written consent.

  • Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the price paid for the product in question.

  • Promo codes cannot usually be combined and may exclude sale items or gift cards.
